A blurred background would do wonders here to pull the model away from the scene and make her stand out. I'm not sure what your aperture was here, but next time you do some portrait/model work try for around f8 / f5.6 and you will have a nicely blurred bg.
The watch bugs me as well... otherwise, she glows!
