Ooh... is this you, Richard? You look really handsome! *flirt-flirt* Haha... just joking! I mean... you DO look handsome, but I'm not flirting! Eh... now I say strange things so I have to blush...
New start from scratch... Hello Richard, so this is you? Very good photo, nice face expression and I like that smile with the deep eyes!

i think this is a fantastic self portrait..it is very real... i like both the real and the abstract when it comes to expressing oneself..there are many moods in one being..
each faceted by what they show in their work.
the space to the left actually draws me more to your eyes because i find myself trying to find some stability. something to grab hold of..the eyes bring a feeling of comfort that everything is just fine..hold on tight and enjoy the ride...
take good care sandy

Good b&w effect! Very good focus and detail but I must agree with Richard that maybe you should crop a little bit from the left. Lovely eyes btw :-)

This has strong eye contact and could elicit several points of view. I question why so many choose the horizontal format, since there is not much information contained in the left hand space. A vertical framing would allow a larger head and more detail in the face. However, maybe your idea was to make the composition exactly as presented.

Hi, Richard, nice to meet you. I like to see you better in daylight! This one is of a good composition. I like the soft lightning here! My best regards, Diana.
