I love low angle shots and when I saw this thumbnail just knew it would be into my favourites. Great feel to it with the skipping girl and hooch just trundling along behind. I'm sure this is an everyday event for some that goes unnoticed or would have been taken from above and the front.
Good creative view, contrast works in B&W but I'm not sure on the blur effect. Was that done in PS? What did the original look like?

A very good capture. I like the motion effect here although it obscures the posture of her left arm -- I think I would also like this as a "straight" photo
