First I desaturated all colors in photoshop and then satured only red color on shoes and T-shirt.

I really like this Tamara. The muted red adds to the overall feeling of sadness which you have portrayed well here. Lighting is great also. But I agree it would be much stronger if the couch were not in the background. The white sheet draped over it tends to be a bit distracting.
