The lean is giving me a little vertigo. Do you have a photoediting program which will allow you to straighten the vertical? Apart from that and the lighting, it's a lovely view. That bicyclist and the white truck are both great additions! I imagine that on sunnier days, it gets very crowded.

During the days the sun refuses to cooperate, you can only do what you can. In this image, I would recommend metering the darker portions of the structure and not worry about the sky.
