To: Michael Grace-Martin, if a dual tone then only blue. In addition this picture is more panoramic and the website did changed the image a little. If you interested to see full size picture email me.

The blur and the lighting on the other one makes it more compelling (also, interestingly, the height-to-width aspect of the old one is more appealing). In any case, I think this one would do better as a lightened duotone (see example below). I like your nighttime shots..:)
