This is indeed a real eyecatcher. I like your choice of unsharpness on the woman. And the "rule" about not having a unsharp dominant element in the foreground shows to be quite irrelevant.

This is kind of scary, in a very cool way. I think he is a stalker and she has no idea that he is following her. Did either of them know that you were taking their pics? Great use of b/w and unusual eye you have. I like it.

Troche szkoda ze pol jego twarzy jest scieta, troche wiecej by dalo lepszy wyraz jego wzroku. Okulary dodaja do poczycia tajemnego obserwatora. Wybrane pole ostrosci perfekcyjnie kieru wzrok na osobe z tylu, a niewyraznosc dziewczyny zacheca do zastanowienia sie co ona robi, i do patrzenia rowniez z nim. Super.
