I don't know who you are or how to address you. So perhaps I will begin by saying thank you. I I am a writer, not a photographer. When I visit this site it is to be inspired or to write something to accompany that which I have written. This photograph inspired the following poem I would like to leave with you:
YOU WERE COMING BACK FOR ME
You left when I was three, You said you were coming back for me. I remember sitting small upon your knee? Yes you would be back, Yes back for me.
Father?s Day you were never there. It was ok I didn?t care. You were coming back for me?
Before I knew it I was five I cooked and cleaned, Too small to drive. Ma had to work I had to clean I cared for three brothers in between.
But you were coming back for me You said you?d be back Yes back for me.
Ma stayed mad I was always scared, She drank a lot I never cared.
But you were coming back for me You said you?d be back Yes back for me.
Ma drove me to find you on Skid Row Thought you were there She didn?t know?
You were coming back for me You said you?d be back Yes back for me.
I turned ten Puberty began My first and last sleep-over then.
But you were coming back for me You said you?d back Yes back for me.
As time went on I forgot Those early years when I missed you a lot. I got on with my life Ignored my Ma, She ranted and raved Always the last straw?
Yet I remembered?
You were coming back for me Although now I?m too big To sit upon your knee.
**** I don?t know when I quit looking for you Had many boyfriends, well maybe a few? Some were like you, most were not But I never got over that you forgot?
You forgot to come home for me, Forgot your promise when I was three. I never forgot you, but you forgot me. My Daddy never came home for me...

What an extraordinarily beautiful portrait, Look! Gorgeous, rich BW tones, wonderful composition, and I too love those background light reflections echoing those beautiful eyes. I am so happy to have found your work... This is outstanding... Perfect!

Another perfect beauty! I love the cascade of light in the left background leading down to her face. Once again, great tones, a unique composition that's very successful, and a beautiful expression captured.
You don't need to thank me -- it's a real pleasure to study and enjoy these photographs.
