The bird and the kitten were photographed at different times and I added them to my creation as appropriate, since they both had nice backlighting.
I do keep in touch with Stan from time to time.

Once again I hope and pray you forgive my ignorance, but how did you get the bird in the photo along with the kitten? Do not give your secrets away here, but email Stan later..

Dear Martin, Every item in this creation is one of my photographs. I took my beautiful model, Anna, to an outdoor location to get the lovely backlighting that you see. I've won awards all over the world for my photography, both manipulated and UNmanipulated, including two gold medals in Austria and a gold medal in South Africa. I've also been published many , many times in this country, as well as in Germany and China. Don't tell me this is not photography. I put as much or more effort into getting my photos as you do.
