I'll agree with Fabio, although in my mind it may be how a photo of Benn Franklins kite flying might have looked like. Cropping the bit off the bottom would put your "pilot" the same distance from the bottom as he is from the right side, the way the kite is in the opposite corner, it may produce even more rhythm.

Very interesting composition, the image appears under exposed, can not detect details on the kite, people, or the background. Happy shooting.

but notwithstanding all the classic beach life fun this panorama shows an atmosphere so dense with danger and threat I'm almost sure, one of them will get drowned : small miracles of dark b&w :)

This is a beautifully composed and beautifully developed shot. You might consider cropping a little off the bottom to remove those wheel-tracks, but it's not major.
