I believe that device produces a "siren" effect like the old police cars used to back then. Mostly used to draw attention to the car as they are driving around the car show.

Very true statement Clay. Another excellent shot of the classics. Glad you got to go and shoot them. Wonderful color and details. I hope to get out to a car show one day.
They have a lot of them around my area. Kinda scary however with the glare of the sun however. You always handle that very well it seems.
