Yeah, the B&W works for this one and again I say the noise to me (liking my camera for this "feature") is almost like real grain from very fast film... just like in the good old days!

I think the b&w is a great choice, i like the noise myself. The motion and blur does add to the rock concert effect. Beautiful shot. raw emotion.
