Everything set and arranged very carefully, nice play with the water reflections, the conversion to B&W looks very good. I like it.

Alan, nice to meet you here! You went onto my "friends" list immediately I found you. I've not seen this shot before. It has beautiful B&W tonality. Doesn't Fuji Superia 200 converte well into greyscale! (It's my favourite, although I use more 800 ISO now because I only have slow lenses.) That water surface is wonderfully well rendered...
