You might consider City Life to be a title ?
I think it's a good example of what goes on in a city. The young lady is dressed to attract, the man in front is oblivious to the young lady and the older gentleman is wishing he could.
The slow shutter allows for the feeling of motion which is perpetual in the city.

Sometimes i have no time to capture right bracketing.
This one is one of them. I shot once and she/he disappeared.
You know; keep track of somebody is very risky and unsafe under these circumstances, moreover in the middle of the night. :))
