looks like a HDR image
this is really good: love the framing and excellent details; I'd just suggest three small nits: crop a bit at the top, the highligthed hat disturbs me a bit, clean the noise and artifacts on the background and finally try to coorect the white halo effect surrounding him, anyway a very fine work
