Kidding aside, yes, you are absolutely correct on the light. A bit later in the day would have been an ideal time to take this photo.

You are just as humorous as I am ... almost!:)) Actually what I originally meant by 'hard' is the harsh lighting moreso at the top half. Now how would we have gotten around this? Perhaps at a different time of day to avoid shooting into the sun or at least it's effect on the 'Super White' structure in the background ... Right? Maybe later in the evening (if possible) with 'Fill Flash' in 'Open Shade' would have been better ... Yes/No? I do love the most appropriate title though ...
