Peter,
This is a VERY strong image, I like it a lot. I particularly like the strange balance produced by the bridge girgers and the handrail supports, a sort of quartered feel to it. The pathway draws both sides together, and the tower very nicely fills the gap in the top left.
Well done - 7's from me.
