Yes dear this man employed by a machine used to spray paint on the concrete wall. This class of cement to serve as coating of the house from the outside and give it a milky color to slash yellowish.
This class consists of Simmental White glaze mixes broken stone very softly. I mean rough, reflective layer of heat in the summer.
The white spots that appear on the shadow man is this article, of course, that comes out of the equipment in his hand .

Nice idea. The white spots in the shadow on the wall seem to be out of place. How can shadow have illuminated spots unless there are light sources within? To me the framing seems to be a bit tight too. Was it possible to leave some space all round? Regards. :)
