About The royal superiority of such a camera like the classical Hassie should be visible on such a kind of image like this. It should be visible to any wannabe. Notice how creammy all gradients are depicted and notice that still all details are there. This is not a "miracle". This is physics and this is optics with the least possible hindrance between the photographer and the subject. There are no bloody "opto-electronic couplers", no "intefaces", no lame "circuitry", nothing at all between you and the subject. And look what the 40 years old Hasselblad is able to do.

Cheers and... rely further on digital equipment, ey? We all know that it is a wonderful brave new world. :-D So wonderful.... that it turns natural confluence of light into... hmmm... well, let's say something like stripes of different luminosities with no definite steps between them, othewr than what the bitwise assemply of images could ever imagine for possible. :-D

Thanks a lot Leo!

I didn't have to search a lot, though. It's just a usual entry of a school some steps away from my place in Lucerne.

Cheers!

Many thanks once more, Dave!

The point of view and the composition had been the hardest things to get in some acceptable manner here. I had only about 3 meters of distance to the depicted entrance and a wall was standing right behind me. So I really had to search for a long time for some acceptable distance/angle, and so I am very glad with this result under not so easy conditions.

Cheers!

Nick
