I most definitely have to agree with Pablo on this one pertaining to at least the two aspects he wrote on but I will take it much further constructively if you will humble yourself to learn more and raise yourself from an 'Amateur Status':
1. 'Soft Focus' while hiding flaws really brings out the mood of what you are trying to present by the title alone ...
2. Additionally, the crop is way too tight for matting and framing purposes because you would loose part of her fingers on both hands unless you left that 5 - 7 % safety margin ...
3. The exposure is off also so I have adjusted the contrast ...
4. From years and years of experience I have learned long ago that images such as these are not sellers but only to the client(s) themselves because hardly anyone purchases an image of another man's pregnant woman ...
5. Another thing I don't like is bra straps showing because that reveals the clothing is unsuitable ...
6. Finally ... The overall presentation can be much more appealing with some sort of better border so I have incorporated my 'Signature Framing' which greatly compliments at least B&W images whether converted from colour or not ...
