as you asked what is he doing here,
what I know is that it is a holiday ,and all the shops are closed except for one ,the owner of which is doing some business related to the shop,so he puts the mannequins in front of his neighbor closed shop,and this man is having a small chair and sitting in front of them,

A great street shot my dear friend in wonderful mono tones with perfect contrasts. Excellent details also. I wonder what this man is trying to do, he has a similar shirt to the mannequins clothing surely he cannot be considering one of those  . Well done again my dear Saad.
