This one is much better than the other, Sinem. The exposure balance worked well for revealing the anaglyph of the girls face through good hue/light gradients. The details are better, though in this case we have strongly visible pixelation, like for example the stair-step-effects in her eyes, or on her hair.
As a composition it is good for the most part of it, except the cut hand and the ice cream right in the middle of her face. I don't know if you directed her to stand this way, but the ice cream is problematic there. Perhaps waiting for some moment when she holds it somewhere else could give a better, undisturbed result for the portrait.
