Well, maybe 'zooooommmm..' is overstating the speed, but increasingly traffic on these side roads through the villages has become heavy. (I mean heavy with pick-ups and lorries, some of them big ones that find it difficult to negotiate corners.)
Hi, Ray! My memory of visiting Italy years ago is that Italians just manage to outdo Thais for number of people on motorcycles/scooters, though upcountry you can see lots of odd combinations on a motorcycle - this one is just plain ordinary, I'm afraid!
