Thanks Jon - I appreciate comments like yours. Yes, I wanted to flatten those walls to increase their marching lines. I also liked the tree as part of this landscape, but it could also be lost, per your abstract suggestion, thus:

Interesting... the foreshortening flattens out most of the 3D, making this almost an abstract. Very strong use of lines.
