Harlan, you have a very abstract and wonderful portfolio. You've truely inspired me to make my next photo project an abstract one. I could have commented on any of your work but decisions have to be made. My comment on this piece:

I really like this one isn't nice about how we go out taking images and see things that attacts our eyes and photograph them and bring the out to our best ability. Excellent find and showing.

another Harlan...
do you know what smell sends me back to childhood in a rush - the smell of tar or whatever that black goop is that the put on telephone poles and railroad ties. I love that smell...
The depth on this seem shallower than most. The plate doesn't seem to be fixed to the pole it seems to float...
