The composition works very very well for me here, Malules! The "just a bit visible" teapot (or whatever it is) in all its metallic look right at the front, complemented by the recognizable but well and softly out of focus background.. it has something very still life like but also everyday life in it. The exposure balance made the object on the foreground look quite solid and real. Its finish and surface stand out quite vivid and clear. They add tension as they appear so much more contrasted than the background.
I wouldn't change anything here. Very nice work!
