Ok..So I thougth velvia was THE FILM to use with flowers. What is the best film for red flowers? I love red for some reason. I also love your pinks and blues..but for my first flowers of the year I bought the red ones and yellow ones. I went in and took some of the brightness down but then the bottom of the tulip is too dark. I did use a reflector but apparently not in the right place. I'm not angry..just slow. LOL..really. P.S. After taking the brightness down I can see where the red has bled into the yellow. Hmmmmm....

Hey!!! No red bleed with velvia. What's the secret? Nice contrast between fore and backgrounds.

Kapow! I'm blinded by the brightness! I like this composition, although there is a loss of detail in the reds. I don't know if that is from the compression or how Velvia treats red. The primary colors also give me an abstracty feel. Nice going, Debbie.
