Thanks Tom for the explanation. Yes , bhuddism seems more logical. But in dark ages one was noble to go from europe to the bush and bring Christianity ;-) Well, I have my doubts. Bhuddism is wonderful. Harry

Thanks for your comment/question. Vietnam has been a Buddhist country forever but Christianity was brought into the country by late 16th century by French missionaries. After that they also change the language for preaching purpose (from characters to Roman characters) which is now Vietnamese language. About 10% of Vietnamese are now Roman Catholics I guess.
