About Inspired by the photograph of M.A. Mora, who captured his son so well. Thank you Marty, for the inspiration. I have tried to photograph my son too. This is Chris, my eldest one, sitting on our terrace and listening to his best friend. He usually don't like it to have his picture taken so I told him I was photographing the flowers on the table, right in front of him. So he didn't noticed I toke this portrait of him.

Very natural pose... nice timing.

Very pleasing tones in this. I like how you've composed the shot and the conversion to B&W is handled very well.

And you got it! A great portrait, your son should be proud of his mother... but why doesn't he like to be photographed, he is so good looking... Regards, Alex!

A traditional portrait, pose and all, but the light delicately different than one might expect. A very appealing model, captured well.

ahh Diana, you give me to much credit, actually its your photoha that are inspiring me to go out and take a closer look at things, this portrait of your son makes me realize, one shouldnt take for granted those around you, sometimes a person gets caught up in life, and misses so much, and here now you have a beautiful Portrait of your son,Lighting is nice and soft, lots of depth in this shot, and as always, lighting in the eyes, which makes things come to life, Beautiful Job Diana

Diana,

This is beautiful. And Scarlet is right your son is very handsome. What is so appropriate about this is the natural light and the intimate nature of the shot...it works very, very well. This belongs in a simple frame sitting on a buffet or bureau in your house (or the piano if you have one).

Excellent portrait Diana. The lightning is great. Be proud of such a handsome son. I wonder what he is thinking of. The look on his face keeps me interested.
Great job!

Hé Diana, onze oudste is er ook zo een. Maar misschien lukt het me ooit nog eens een dergelijke foto te produceren. Werkelijk alles klopt aan deze opname. De belichting, de scherpte, de achtergrond. De uitsnede is perfect. Pracht shot! Bedankt voor je commentaar! Groet. Dré.
