Psycho? Why, the girl look only like having some appetite for... OK, OK, forget it! ;-)
Seriously now, a very very good image, both for its exposure balance and timing. The first kept the very difficult skin tones in great fidelity but also introduced a bit of that soft look of a high-key without neglecting the shadows that provide plasticity. The second caught such an expressive moment without any trace of exaggerated posing.
The details are great! Well defined but no pixelation at all! Just look at that hair and also at those tiny but strong shines of light at the right of her hair!
You almost sculptured a portrait in light here, Marcio!

Probably you are correct Saad..
For a first job with models in studio thought it was interesting.
But true that these successes should be made in another time.

all the critiques are in your favor,and I will look odd if I say a different idea,but let us say the right thing no matter what,the reflection in her pupils is a bad one ,in the her left eye the reflection goes medially,and in the lower half,in her right eye,it is centered and again in the lower half of the pupil,and more worsen than the left,it contain a sharp angle,this a studio photo,it should not happen,
sorry for my harsh input,but that is how I have looked to the shot,my regards,

Awesome work here Marcio! Great image, and the photoshop on her face doesn't look totally unnatural. Looks like you missed a couple of sensor dust spots on the top left hand corner. Should take you 2 seconds to clean up.
