The fog creates a beautiful ambiance;the road leads my eye into the frame and onto the solitary walker,it's curve heightening the feeling of space.Moody composition.

Your comments give much encouragement. I wasnt sure if i was ready to join this site because the standard and quality of the pictures are just amazing,but the feedback from people like yourself has helped in realising that maybe i am heading in the right direction. I often dont know what im looking for,but once i see it i know instantly what im trying to capture,i just need to learn to bring the most out of the moment. My camera goes everywhere with me now,and im enjoying every second just looking for that perfect moment. Just wish i could turn my head 360 degrees!Funnily enough,ive just bought a Photoshop programme,so its back to the studying.

Not as much as you think as far learning is concerned. The composition is perfect (that's the hardest, and it seems to come to you very naturally). The technical part comes with time and a little reading. I see perfect technical images but with no sense of composition and they look horrible. Get Photo Shop, it helps specially in digital world.
