Yes, you are right, some of the bottom is too much. But I was fascinated by the light !

Nice fountain shot!!! Like the back lighting... good POV!!
Composition wise... I would've cropped about half off the bottom to emphasize the water arch and to make it a stronger image... well I would've... :-D
