You know, I must have 20 shots of these floating planters, but in none of them was I able to get an agreeable arrangement for some reason. This one came out very nicely! You have enough of the planters to not look random, and arranged in a graceful pattern. Good job!

The emotional appeal here is great! So simple, yet speaking to me so much. the arch is composed wonderfully. great eye. but you always have had one! These flowers remind me of jewels laying out on a mirror with the reflections of the water and the flowers. To me the just screams post-impressionism painting, very Renoir, or Manet. Photos such as this is why I have given the name of Madame Monet Ingrid Matthews. I enjoy see this over and over again,

Beautiful composition. Not sure if keeping hte DOF reasonably sharp to the back is a better choice than progressive blur of the 'stones'. However it works as well. You have some rubbish / reflections in the water that could have been cleaned up a little. And the foreground is definately blown a little due to reflections.

Very beautiful image Beverly. I like the gracefull curve created by the plantings. The reflections from the flowers are great. I wish the hot glare on the water at the very bottom could have been like the upper part of the photo, but it's not overly distracting.
