Thanks Kim for your honest opinions!..I also noticed that during resizing the picture little sharpness was lost..tried resizing again & seem to be slightly better compared to original one..

I think I like the BW better... her gaze seems stronger when not competing with the colours of her clothes.

Thanks Kim for your constructive critique! I agree that focus wasn't spot on over the eyes. I should have thought abt it while shooting @ 1.4 since dof is limited, focus seem to have fallen over the lips..hope to make it up next time! :-)

I agree that the emotion here is pulling and strong... she's got such a commanding look about her. I just wish her eyes were more in focus. I think the 1/60 shutter didn't help...
