I put that plant against the sunlight so that effect around it... of course I put some force in Corel PaintShop X2 to add more shining effect and more contrast to see the 'needles' on the dark side.

This looks science fiction. Extraterrestrial life is rarely captured but here you did it again John. Nice glow and colour effect. The light is wonderful and if it is not extraterrestrial, only you know for sure, than it is still extraordinary,
