Hi Avi, here it goes my reply to Luis Pereira with similar question, this is one of my last workflows lately
"Hi Luis, originally this is a RAW image; I made several TIFs with different expositions blended with photomatix pro for getting a HDR image, after that I convert it into BW wih Nik Silver Efex Pro (a great software, very versatile for BW) and finally some "dodge and burn" with PS and a liberal sharpenning
