Hi Siamak,
This is a real sad picture. Couldn't you do anything to educate the owner (s) that it is not right to treat dog (s) like this?
It so heart-breaking to see animals in these kind of situations. They have rights too!

I wanted to add that the ears, lowered like that and pulled back means she is "submissive", "fearful" or ready for "flight".... all not good things, she is definately not happy and has more than likely been abused. :(

I agree with Nicole... I hate seeing dogs chained, in fact many places in the US it is now illegal to chain a dog. She is a mommy too... so sad. I hope someone rescues her and gives her a proper home. Very powerful photo... I do hope your image gets her the help she needs and desires. Please give us an update if you can. Thank you!

It breaks my heart when I see this sad dog sitting there and leash him with a chain:(((!She has such a sad face expression...poor dog!! I only hope that she gets some food!!
