Initially I thought it was from the resizing but I checked the original a second time after your comment.I agree it is not the sharpest photo. It was shot on a tripod but an old one which could of had some movement due to wind. Also, I shot it at high fstop which may have contributed to some of the softness. I was aiming at slowing the water as much as possible but the downside may have been sharpness. I'm planning on a reshoot of this shoot in the near future (with a better tripod) and I'll use a lower Fstop (probably around 13 or 16).Thanks for the comments.

The composition and colours are good. Also, blurred water is good. On the negative side, I feel the rest of the picture (rocks, trees in the background, and the bush in the foreground) is not as sharp as I would like. Did you take it hand-held?
