I think there was indeed enough wind to get a good surf but not near these rocks I guess, we saw someone died there secently, a young guy, so sad! It was just nice to meet some members of UF, and this family are all so talented in photography, amazing, they are 3 brothers and all on her on UF! Maybe we might meet some day, only if you like of course:) Be well and enjoy your weekend!! Hugs Jen

Looks like a very good wave for surfing.. interesting that you have met a fellow UF member.. see what photographers do just to get a good shot...;)

It would be great to have a campervan for me dearest friend, to travel all over the world, how great it would be to travel again from Holland to Africa, now in real relaxt speed, and making my shots whenever I want, hopefully one day this will happen;))
How far are you with your caravan??? Hoping you feel better by now, did you take your pills?

Thank you for your kindness Paul, I thought so too that this looked more moving and in motion then a normal posed one, the waves were great at the background, I had to saty steady no to be blown of my feet:) He certainly is a dedicated and passion photographer, just like his brothers Joggie and Sarel and his nephew Stef, all here on UF, one big family:)) Me I am just happy I could show this sweet and inviting people, becoming friends!! It was really cold Stef, but then Bloem was cold as well, just when the sun was shining it was better in loem, here it was terrible cold and stormy, I was so delighted your uncle did take some time off to show us around, Stilbaai is a lovely place with lots of nice beaches! Must be great there in summer! So, now you can ask your family what we were like lollll...quite funny you are relatives! Did you see them lately?

It was stormy and cold, all the girls where waiting in the car, while we were out to make shots, Yes, you did tell me about Alain, it must have been fun yo meet each other, he seems so funny:)) Hoping your weather was better then outs, we didnt have electricity for 2 days as well, that meant that no coffee and tea of heater or any warm stuff, and we were with 7 people, then you know how spoiled we are....:)
I really hope we will meet again, under better circumstances, having same lots of fun:))

Very good action photo dear Jen. So much better and interesting compared to just posing. And what dedication you seized and visualised. Impressive rough waves and rocks and still busy with the camera not yet looking for shelter. Perfect identification of a passionate photographer, including yourself you are capable of showing that so brilliantly.

WOOOOOOW...I love this big wave!!!!!Looks a bit scary:))But just beautiful and I know it is so nice to meet an UF member.I don't know if I told that I met Alain Mijngheer from Belgian with his family here in Luxembourg some weeks ago!We spend some great days together with a lot of fun and laughter:)I have posted a picture from him and his family at UF.
It looks really stormy at your capture and I'm sure that it wasn't warm at all??Great colors and details!!

Thank you so much my dear Gennaro, the sea something you really have to aware of...there was bench standing here where a young guy died last year because of the water, this wave looked huge like overflowing Peet, but happily didnt not:)

Who would this handsome model be?? He was just around there, almost blown away by the strong wind:))) I am happy you like my shots, Charlotte is easy as a model, although another photographer would be better then me:)) It would be so nice to see you all back, time was too short and it was too cold anyway!
