Thanks, Jim. This is a cool action called TiltShift (named after the tilt/shift lens).
I'll play with it some more, so fix a couple of buildings that should be completely in focus.

Neat! It looks like a miniature. But how did you manage to get just a horizontal band in focus? It almost looks like you used a Lensbaby. This is really cool. You've been posting some great stuff lately.

The blur is a little weird.. Some buildings are sharp at the base and fuzzy at the top.. Smog that bad, eh?
