About Trying to isolate the flower as strongly as possible from the ground. (And being glad that the yellows didn't overburn again! ;-)) Any comments would be very welcome.

Oh, bankers do have feelings, Harry! Whatever they decide for the bank is only based on their "feelings" about what the development of the markets will be. Only "feelings" and armchair opinions for deciding something against all proven things. If it works it was their efforts, and if it causes the next catastrophy (which it does most of the time) it was only that there were "too many unpredictable factors". ;-)

Shooting images of flowers is in genral mistaken as having to do with "feelings". For me they are good objects for exercizing simply because they are hard to get right. Unfortunately the optical isolation wasn't as perfect as I wanted. I'd like to have a completely uniform background in a very dark hue - perhaps also completely black. I'll be trying that against some time.

Cheers!

Yep, and I should rather say almost a D3 group, just for mathematical integrity! ;-)

The shadows were really my good luck. I guess that wothout them it would be less interesting.

Thanks a lot for the nice comment, Burim!

Cheers!

I thought bankers just counted money in their free time, but this proves otherwise, they have feelings too !
Good control of light, a tad of sharpnes may help.
Comp is very good, you know how to isolate ;-) hahahah

Three fold symetry indeed Nick

Greatly balanced shot with great compo, colors and details.

What I also like very much on this shot is the shadow of the petals on the leaf, which gives a great atmosphere to the shot and also the great, dark and blurry background.

Cheers
Burim
