Me gusta mucho la composición, especialmente como se pierde el pasillo en la distancia, la expresión del niño tiene cierta tristeza o expectativa, en, fin, está en un hospital!!

good portrait and I like the way that you include the area (the interior of the hospital) as background that tales the left area of your frame and at the same time you focus on the child so that is the main subject here... of course sepia works on that.
...sad image, kids is not something nice to see in hospitals... even without a specific health reason...
