Jorge, I like this well enough to tell you how I would want to do it. square crop with just his face and very little else. His face has character and you capture has tenderness and detail - the hot white background could be two things. Either poor photography or a statement regarding his working enviroment - neither of which I particularly care about - I just like his face.
Um belo retrato à contra-luz. A moldura é menos chamativa e ajuda. O recente modismo de acrscentar uma moldura às fotos expositivas, além de criar mais um embaraço no trabalho, ainda expõe o fotógrafo à criticas, não pela foto mas pela moldura. Em principio a moldura deveria complementar o trabalho, sem interferir com o mesmo. Não é um problema de cor, ou de formato da moldura, mas não permitir que a msma domine o quadro, tirando a atenção do assunto principal.
