WOW!! I really like this shot. No shadows, how did you manages that? the only thing I find that seems a little distracting is that there are no "catch lights" in his eyes and the left eye looks different than the right. That's just my opinion. I'ts a great photo.

Very nice portrait. I think if you brought the background/sidelighting down a bit then brought the exposure up so the face wasn't in shadow you would have it nailed. A bright background and a bright face.
