An excellent portrayal of a wonderful moment - very well observed!
I don't think the quality is really an issue here. Maybe the image would not stand enlarging or close inspection, but it looks fine on the screen. Apart from one thing that occurs to me - would you consider cropping the orange vertical on the left? I feel it upsets the balance a little.

Thank You for helping to teach me more about photographing John - I enlarged this image to 400% and even at 200% I could see that the quality was not as good as it could be -- BUT I do still like the mood - I have seen this scenario so many times - It was a good capture tho :))
With much appreciation , Michele~

Excellent image, John. Concerning the title, let's say that yes, hard work, because they are drinking beer in the country of Bacchus, and not wine which would really attenuates the hardness of their work. Congratulations: 7+. Best wishes. Salvador

thanks very much Michele... yes yes yes... that is not good about the quality...take a careful look on the faces, many bad pixels... believe me, I try hard to erase some of them...just using the method of...smaller photo (5mpix to...850X650) without cropping or sharpen it of course...
