Well, Madan, it's not bad at all that you didn't use any red filter. Quite the contrary, to me this worked better. It's direct and alive this way. And still I'd really love to see this as a huge poster.
BTW, what the heck is going on here? Why is there still so low resonacne considering this image? Does it fall under the category "not impressive enough" for the liga of photographically analphabets that expect everybody to post images of their mediocre "wonderful flower dreams"? What the heck is going on here? This image is at least remarkable!
Thanx nick, now i also find that the horizon is not really horizontal! i normally shoot in raw and then edit using canon s/w. i was not carrying a red filter, i wish, i could.
A good one for huge perspective and distance, Madan! But above all I find the high contrast so powerful! A very well balanced exposure, and the B&W does support this very strongly!
I imagine it as a huge poster! Perhaps only rotating it a bit clockwise? I perceive it as a bit out of horizontal level.
