Xray is Xray and has no color but blue would be the most close visible light. Best simulation possible.

Is xray similar to the noisy blue channel light?

Sorry mate, it is only plastic, no way it is xray. You may simulate that with differently graded chalk powder or flower. Dark blue grading works.
