Thanks a lot for detailed analysis. You really help me grow. I'll keep everything in mind.
Actually I get lost sometimes (or most of the times) in capturing the moment that I just forget about all the technical aspects about light and all). I think that spontaneous sonsciousness about technicality must come with more experience and practice.

OK Sounak :
1) focus is a bit soft, not a bad thing many times if it's intentional; but i feel it's just a lack of focus; not too much anyway, but eyes should have a better focus
2) you lost some details in highlights on his forehead and nose
3) the worst thing in my opinion are the artifacts; in a close inspection there are some black lines on his face (tilt your monitor or change the brightness for a better view); I assume you converted the image into BW and then you toned it; if you play with some blue/red filters in photoshop very aggressively the artifacats are frequently seen;
4) you have lost details in the shadows of the hair as well
...but anyway, I repeat this is a good image; you have talent, that's the important thing :)
