I've done lots of flowershots myself and I like your composition.
But the lighting could indeed be improved.
It's a matter of trying out different things.
But I really like the concept.

i love lillies and this is quite well done. yes, you could have improved on the lighting but maybe that is not what you sought. good DOF in this image and nice subject composition...i like your idea and think you should expand on it.

I like the composition and the concept.

I would have gone for a wider tonal range. I'd like to see a bit more of a clean white in there. Also, a reflector just behind the flowers and to the left (from the perspective of the camera) would give you clearer separation of the stems from the background.
