Oh dear Robbie, colors of this heron are fantastic, really great coloration on the bird. Perfect shallow depth of field.

Thanks Anson,just changed my shooting from manual to Aperture Priority with great results.I used coustom WB.
This is also called 'Little Blue Heron'

Great heron picture, Robbie, the best I have seen in your portfolio. These colors are great and the bird is tack sharp; great coloration on the bird. Perfect shallow depth of field. Is this a small blue heron? Regards. Anson

Excellent shot, it's very impressive the colors here, I mean that black that reflects the sunlight and goes to blue and that brown makes that bird looks so amazing!!! one of the best photos in IR serie and surely the best with bird Robert... into favs that one, complements!
